Prior to establishing Lime Street Studios in 2002, Fran was an executive vice president for Porter Novelli International, where she counseled global Fortune 100 companies as well as fast growth technology start-ups throughout the US.

As head of the consumer technology practice in San Francisco, and later in Washington, D.C., Fran provided counsel to technology and consumer brands such as Hewlett-Packard, J.C.Penney.com, Polycom, Block Financial, egreetings.com, Medicalogic.com, Nextel, Broadjump, Excite, the Better Business Bureau OnLine, PwC – beTRUSTed.

She has also worked internationally in the UK, New Zealand and Australia for a wide range of industries including technology and telecommunications, health care and financial services.

In addition to being a trained journalist and public relations professional, Fran has considerable experience in design and publishing. She is the winner of an International Television and Video Association Award for Best PR and Best Training Video for an internal communications program, a Mercury Award Gold Medal for High-Tech Publicity and a PRSA Compass Award.

With more than 18 years experience in a broad range of industries from consumer goods to professional business services, Sheryl has worked in both corporate and non-profit environments for companies such as consumer products giant Lever Brothers, where she managed a range of brands including Dove and Caress Soap, and Unilever food brands such as Thomas J. Lipton and Van den Bergh Foods. She also worked with NACHA – The Electronic Payments Association and nationally recognized real estate companies Century 21 and Weichert Realtors.

In 2005, she founded her own strategic business and communications firm LeadChange Strategic Marketing, working with clients such as HealthFocus International, a strategic consulting and market research company focused on health, wellness and nutrition; NAI Commercial Partners, Inc.; House Dressing; and Roxy Reading.
